Delivery Policy

• Mileage: Delivery fees are based on the round-trip driving distance from our location in Washington, NJ 07882. The delivery rates listed above apply exclusively to retail floral orders. Wedding and event deliveries are priced separately based on distance, setup and breakdown requirements, transportation, timing, and other event-specific logistics. Please inquire for a customized event delivery quote.
• Tolls: Applicable tolls are added to the delivery fee.
• Extended distances: Deliveries beyond our typical service area may require additional confirmation before an order is approved.
• Final pricing: Delivery fees are determined by the delivery address and route.

Please note: Delivery distances and fees are estimated until the delivery address is confirmed. The fee is calculated using the full round-trip mileage at $0.50 per mile, not the one-way distance alone.

Local Pickup

Customers selecting local pickup are responsible for collecting their orders at the designated location and during the communicated pickup window.

Pickup instructions and any applicable preparation or collection requirements will be provided through the website or order communications.

Customers should contact us promptly if they cannot collect their order as scheduled.

6. Fresh Flowers and Product Care
